Adafi Software's main activity is to provide accounting (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. All our other products are linked to Maximizer CRM, such as QuoteWerks for managing your quotes more easily and efficiently, KnowledgeSync for monitoring your database(s) proactively and responding to certain events in time - before it is too late - and Unit4-Multivers for logistics and accounting.

		Manage customers and prospects better with
		Maximizer CRM is an integrated CRM solution for sales, marketing, customer service and the web and comes in four flavours: the entry level Entrepreneur Edition, which is a powerful contact manager for 1 to 5 users, followed by Team Edition for 5 to 50 users. The full CRM solutions are Group Edition (1 to 10 users) and Enterprise (5 to unlimited). All editions run on Microsoft SQL Server (Entrepreneur, Team and Group run on the freely included SQL Server Express engine). The full CRM editions provide all access licenses: Windows access, Web access and Mobile access (Wireless Access and MaxMobile for BlackBerries).

Accounting is fun with

UNIT4 is our provider of Unit4-Multivers, an accounting/ERP solution with basic and extended functionalities. It has a Basic entry level version, a Lite version with invoicing and CRM and a standard version that comes with many optional modules to turn UNIT4-Multivers into a full-blown ERP solution..

From the same group, we are also offering Venice and Venice Lite from UNIT4-C-Logic.

		Aspire Technologies' QuoteWerks is sales quoting software, that will save you time and money when quoting, selling, ordering and purchasing products and services. QuoteWerks will help increase your quoting productivity by helping you to create detailed quotes with speed and more efficiency. It is integrated with Maximizer up to an individual opportunity level.

		Business Activity Monitoring with
		Vineyardsoft Corporation’s KnowledgeSync is a business activity monitoring (BAM) tool, that allows you to timely monitor events taking place in and around your data – and respond to it with either an alert, a report or even an action. KnowledgeSync is optional to Maximizer Enterprise, but it can also be used to monitor your accounting or other data.

Powerful Contact Management with

Maximizer Software offers a powerful contact manager as its entry level solution for home office and individual users: the Entrepreneur Edition. Being our entry level version, it is only for 1 to 5 users.

The new Team Edition, which starts at 5 users and goes up to 50, is the expanded version of Entrepreneur.
